A-Premium White Balsamic
This single-fermentation, very slightly sweet, white balsamic is crisp and fruity with an artful balance of acidity.
Especially flavorful in salad dressings and light sauces for fish and seafood.
The balsamic vinegars found at The Olive Bin are gluten-free, dairy-free (no pasteurization), no sugar added, and vegan. They are not Kosher certified. We recommend a shelf life of 5 years for your balsamic vinegar. Only natural flavoring is included in the balsamic - flavors derived from the fruit/herb themselves - such as botanical essential oils. - Combine with any Traditional EVOO and drizzle over lettuce with fresh tomato slices, and Gorgonzola or blue cheese.
- Combine with Garlic olive oil and drizzle over green beans, warm or chilled.
- Drizzle over a fresh fruit salad for added flavor.
- Amazing for pickling. Add three jalapenos in a 200 mL bottle and let sit in the fridge for one week. Use it to make Chinese pickles, carrots, cauliflower, and cucumbers in soup or hot sauce!
