A rich, dense balsamic that is both sweet and tart in flavor. Complements salad, fruits, beef, chicken, pork, ice cream, yogurt, and cheese.
The balsamic vinegar found at The Olive Bin are gluten-free, dairy-free (no pasteurization), no sugar added, and vegan. They are not Kosher certified. We recommend a shelf life of 5 years for your balsamic vinegar. I love this on my roasted Brussels sprouts. It didn’t take me long to replace the sample bottle with the biggest size!
So far this is my absolute favorite, but I have not tried all the vinegars yet.... I love drizzling this on top of frozen fruit. When the fruit begins to thaw it combines with the sweet dark cherry balsamic vinegar. And then magic happens.... The melted fruit juice mixed with the vinegar is beyond delicious! So good!!!
