This oil has the deep, roasted sesame flavor I look for in a good sesame oil. I used it for cashew chicken, and only a small amount was needed to give the chicken and vegetables a rich, nutty flavor. It paired very well with the Honey Ginger White Balsamic in the sauce. I would definitely use this again for stir-fries, noodles, and marinades!
I've tried many of The Olive Bin's awesome oils, but Toasted Sesame is HANDS DOWN my favorite!!! So delightfully aromatic and crazy flavorful. Great for stir fry or marinades. I do a lot of wok cooking and use it for everything.
If you cook anything Asian you have to use this oil. It adds the perfect flavor to veggies, meats and soups.
I use this in so many recipes: chicken lo mein, shrimp fried rice, & my husband loves it on salmon.
